It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or have been playing for years and want to finesse your skills. Our adults badminton training classes are based in Melbourne and are fun, fit and inclusive, where we’ll show you the tactics and techniques that will improve your game and challenge you to become the best player you can be.

Our programs are designed so that you get to train with players of similar standard or better – giving you the right environment in which to grow. Each week, our focus revolves around mastering a specific shot and its associated footwork, with practical applications highlighted in gameplay scenarios. This structured approach repeats over a 12-week cycle, aiming to nurture your skills comprehensively, making you a more versatile and proficient player.

You can find us at the brand new badminton centre, situated at 16 Wallace Avenue, Point Cook, in Melbourne’s western suburbs. All casual coaching sessions are priced at $44 for members. Plus, we have fantastic discount packages available! Casual visitors are welcome to join at the members’ price for their first two sessions before being required to register for a yearly membership.

As a Badminton Victoria affiliated club, we provide yearly memberships for just $66*. What Player Level Are You?

  • Fundamentals: is tailored for a wide range of players, including beginners, novices, and social players who enjoy friendly matches but haven’t received any formal coaching previously. It’s equally valuable for intermediate players looking to revisit the basics, strengthen their footwork, and fine-tune their technique. Sessions are limited to 8 players.
  • Intermediate: (Competition Grades: B – D) Players have an understanding of general technique but they could still have issues in some basic areas. The coaching approach is structured around routines, and in order to participate, players have to be able to consistently execute full-court shots including clears, drops, smashes, defence and net play. Sessions are limited to 8 players.
  • Stroke Correction: Tailored for all skill levels, these sessions allow players to choose their focus, whether it’s perfecting a smash or enhancing power and accuracy. Each session typically focuses on different shot for each half hour period and always includes an overhead stroke. Sessions are limited to 4 players for personalised attention.
